What you will be doing

Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.

 

  • Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work.
  • Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

What we are looking for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must pass an airport background check if assigned to job at an airport.
  • Experience with set-up, calibration and use of Trimble machine control.
  • Experience with subgrade stabilization operations using lime and cement.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • OHSA 10 or OHSA 30 certification

Salary Min

USD $27.00/Hr.

Salary Max

USD $33.00/Hr.
